The hotel rooms were neat and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee station, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. However, there was some noise from the whirring clock outside the building, which was disruptive after a long 12-hour flight before check-in time.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and neat, equipped with everything I needed, including the modern multi socket on the working desk which was a convenient touch. The only downside was the small sticker on the bathroom mirror asking guests to reuse towels. The service was top-notch with a great catering system in the kitchen and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location in Greenmarket Square was vibrant and buzzy, within walking distance of all major attractions, making it a perfect choice for exploring the city. The dining options were satisfying with a buffet style offering, although I wished for more halal options. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable stay.
